RETURNS

Returnable items will be refunded if returned within 10 days of receipt, in new (salable) condition. Return shipping fees must be paid by you, the customer. A restocking fee may apply for any returned items, which varies by manufacturer and is typically 20%-25%. Refunds will either be through credit to the original credit card or paid by company check. You can return any defective item at our expense for a full refund or replacement.

Call us at 814-786-9085, or send us an email if you have any concerns or questions. Our office hours are by appointment or chance, so email is typically the best method. If you get an answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call. 

PAYMENT FOR LARGE ORDERS

Orders of $5,000.00 USD or more require a money order or bank cashier's check, unless you are already a customer in good standing.
